Caught it couple days ago.
Although I don't agree with the huge chunks that were missing
and the weird addition
the movie had its merits.
It was extremely emotional, and the cave scene was perfectly done, almost LOTR like
It's great to see the actors all grown up, physically and emotionally, such as Hermione showing us a different side of her, and there are scenes that show that they've truly nailed their acting technique:
The ending wasn't exactly the same, but the
. Ending was lacklustre, felt like it was going to end with a "To be continued"...
Dark, moody and emotional but with chunks of comedy relief, this was very different than the previous movies, and I hope that with them deciding to split up Deathly Hallows into two movies, that they can keep more closely with the book and not leave things out.
