i think it's curved. this class is a joke, lol... when he said essay i thought we'd have to write a full page. i had trouble keeping it under 25 words...

Easy stuff. Similiar to Stats. Hypothesis testing, regression, probabilities. Try to take it with Mike Johnson.

I won't be taking it this semester. I still have to do math 150 to get into the class. I'll probably aim for it in the spring.

Stat 270 requires calculus II while buec requires calculus I only (I don't even think calculus was used in buec). Buec > stat.

Thanks for the heads up. I had a feeling BUEC would be a better class to take. I will look into it for spring :D

Buec 232 did not require and calc. Simple, simple math. I cannot stress this enough- if you see mike johnson, register.

I can count on one hand the amount of decent instructors I've had at SFU. He's one of them.

don't forget you're allowed a cheat sheet for buec 232! not sure about stat tho.
exams are very much alike the practice ones you're given, so make sure you know how to do them.
assignments were all pretty straightforward. make sure you attend tutorials cuz they show you how to figure out the assignments!
