not sure .. if serious .. do you honestly think an advisor is going to kick all the people retaking classes because you said so? I'm not really sure why you think those spots are yours .. if they have an earlier reg time than you well then they have priority pretty simple, I wanted a lot of courses that filled up before my reg time too, sucks to be me, maybe its time to step my shit up and get a better gpa?

Quick question what does 1XX mean? I have credit for a Math 1XX but I'm not so sure what that means.

Right now I'm taking:
STAT 270
POL 101W
PSYC 100
CMPT 441

Working on getting the WQB stuff so I can take my other courses.

What time is your lecture for psyc 100? My friend said its an easy class with lots of inclass iclicker quizes, I Might take it to get some extra credits :D

If you read my earlier post, you'll see I'm so upset because it's the lowest GPA (probably around or below 2.0) 4th years who filled up the econ 301, buec 333, etc spots and are most likely retaking them. My point was they took the spots of 3rd years with good (>3.0) or at least OK GPA.

Based on what I've experienced so far you have to be beyond retarded to fail an Econ class. Even if you've never attended a single lecture and write random nonsense on your assignments/exams you'll still pull up at least a C-.

If it is a transferred course:
It means you get credit for that category of a class as a 1st year course. e.g. math 1xx would equate to a 1st year math course and therefore satisfy your Q requirement.

or are they very anal about the requirements?

nope, as long as you are within reasonable bounds then you can get in. Say you have 54 credits and the upper division courses need 60, you will get in.

How do I know? Happened to me, but i still got the courses.

Anyone know any easy lower division electives to take? Just missing a foruth course perhaps more by the time i signup for my courses. Was intending to take crim but it's already full and my registration is tomorrow so it makes it that much harder to get anything good

I'm pretty fucked for my classes. Registration on the 27th, and the classes I want are restricted until Saturday. I managed to get someone to save my one of my classes though. Jeez man, those first years and their July 11th reg. dates, seems like an eternity ago
