can anyone tell me how the optional open labs work? for my math 157 there is 2 optional open lab slots that say they are for 60 students but the time slots are still TBA, its my first semester at SFU so what would take place during these optional open labs ?

^ just go to them if need extra help with anything, they are completely optional.
You should go though, it helps tons. They hey packed around midterm and final time though

I know sure as hell I am. I never want to feel what I felt during exam time last semester ever again, the sleepless nights + the huge time crunch + caffeine abuse and cramming. It paid off, but there's better ways to get good marks.


What's everyones goal GPA for this semester?
I'm trying to get my first A/A+ at sfu:okay: (highest thus far has been A-, fail) ... I want all A's and I know I can do it if i don't slack.

lol so my run at math 157 has officially ended after 1 day, prof said to try the practice diagnostics test to gauge whether we could handle the course lol and I sadly did not know shit, so she recommended I drop and take precalc instead, I will definitely not go into next semester all :fuckthatshit: about it, I'm hoping precalc can actually get me up to speed but I'm probably going to need a tutor as well so if anyone here used a tutor for that course and they were good please feel free to leave me their details, preferably one that is capable of putting up with someone that is really dumb lol.

First day back to classes -_- lunch break at 11 if anyone is around.

Precalc? Whose your prof? Be warned, if you get lazy in that class it'll bite you in the ass, if you stay up to date with your work, it can be a GPA booster.
