I believe that was the graph, it pretty much includes the labour market, investment & saving market and the money supply market. The textbook is useful, explains the graphs really well. Dunbar does a pretty good job explaining them as well. You can get by with just his notes if you can understand the graphs and concepts, textbook is useful if you're unclear how they work.

I forgot my usb drive in the back of one of the macs in the west mall mac lab at around 1:10pm yesterday (friday). What are the chances that it'll still be there? Can I go back tmro and look for it?

Okay that's really good to hear. There's still hope! This wasa a brand new usb which replaced the old one that I lost the same way back in highschool -.-
Would really suck if it happened again.

Btw do you mind telling me where I can find the security office and the av room. And also if the lab has a phone number I can call or is it just an unsupervised lab?

Good! Other students usually leave USBs in the computers or return it to a lost and found. We all know the importance of these little buggers as a student.

Not like it matters anymore but, the lab is usually unsupervised. The security office is its own little building right before the bus loop. The AV department is on the level as Tim's and in one of the halls at WMC.

will my csil card still work from last semester?

^Try and find out. I think it will still work.

I don't think so. They activate it by semester through the computer, and if you're not enrolled into specific courses/programs, they may not work.

hey guys so I was wondering how the waitlist for courses work, because it says the last day according to the SFU website is

"September 12 (Monday) Last day to add classes, swap classes, change tutorials using the Student Information System"

am I shit out of luck ? I'm #1 for a course I'm waitlisted for so on the 12th which is tomorrow, if no one drops the course, does the system just drop kill off the waitlist or how does it work? thanks

If you're referring to Beedie FROSH, I'm a FROSH Mentor. This weekend has been awesome!

Usually, tomorrow is the last day to drop classes/add classes. I would say tomorrow is your last chance at that course and if someone drops it while you being #1 on waitlist, you will have a chance. However, after tomorrow, you will SOL and the class will be closed. You can always go see the adviser for that department and see if they can add you in afterwards if someone drops, but that is highly unlikely, but, it doesn't hurt to try.

wtf seriously? im like 11 on the waiting list in a class ffs.... i figured some peopel wouldn't show up who are registered int he course, but I won't find out until tutorials start and they take attendance -_-

Even if they don't show up, they are still registered in the class. Yea, they might drop it after + pay the fee fine thing. But, you won't be able to add classes UNLESS you talk to an adviser in your department. Only they can control the system.

I honestly thought people were going to drop courses like mad. I cant even get into the 100 courses -_______________-
