Who was it that wanted to sell me their BUS 237 and 272 texts? I don't remember.
Also did you guys use that my MIS lab thing too last semester or is it new? Is it useful?

hey thanks for all the help and advice guys, I'm probably going to have to attend the workshops anyways I believe there is a diagnostics test and if you fail you have to attend a weekly session, and I am definitely going to fail lol.

^^ ahh do you recommend her? I didn't take accounting in highschool.. so I'm quite worried. I'm also taking another bus..course either 237 or 272 deciding which one to drop.

Steve doesn't teach you shit. You have to pretty much learn it on your own. BUT his exams are slightly easier.
Anne teaches very well and is very knowledgeable. In the end both classes are curved so it depends on your placement within the class. If you have no understanding of financial accounting, take Anne's class. Financial accounting is all about following a format anyways. Nothing too hard.
272 is easier and less work than 237. Both are easy A's though.

as someone said, both 237 and 272 are easy.
in 237 - MIS, you learn what input/output devices are, lol (a mouse is an input, monitor is outpu). theres a good portion of the course about networks, but overall, it shouldn't be much of a problem
272 is just a bunch of BS, learning bout stuff that's nice to know, but not really worth $800 for a course, lol.

Plus balancing and transferring accounts and what Splmash mentioned. Other than that, it should be good

i just checked online. its $80 to buy the code  do we need it? i was kinda late for todays lecture lol
