^2nd floor is gonna be a 24hr cafeteria/china central
wonder why they won't open 5/6 floor; 7th floor is understandable
not enough staff I guess ... this is the first semester they're ever doing this so they're testing waters I guess. Would suck if someone ruins it for everyone by doing something stupid. If they start opening up the 6th floor I am so in
hey guys, I recall a couple of people being in "MATH157 - section D100", can anyone tell me for certain what the final will cover? I had always assumed it was going to be everything from section 1.1 to last section we did in class, but some people on webct just said its only only the material after the second midterm? is there any truth to that ? I emailed the prof but no reply so far
I hate stats. I've never been so aggravated by a class in my life. I actually 'liked' calc1 ... stats is such a bore/stupid. /rant
Grape .. I never took math 157 but AFAIK calc 1/calc 2 are pretty 'standard' in the material they teach and the grading rubric. I would assume your final is cumulative. People on webct are tards most of the time ... they're either the overachievers gloating/asking pointless in-depth questions or the underachievers trying to frantically catch up by resorting to webct.
I was wondering if anyone here do part time work ( like weekends and some weekdays) + part time school ( 1-3 courses).
I was wondering this because I might consider taking school slowly and doing well. Might aim for a degree in masters while joggling part time work throughout the entire time of my education. It seems to me that this is a more relaxing approach.
OR
I should just focus on school and finish it ASAP. ( include co-op) and then go out and find a job in the related field. It seems to me that its a harsh and tiresome road to follow, but it seems to be the generic way of ASIAN thinking.
What are your thoughts and insight on this ? Share and give me some insight!

GL w/ finals BTW!
In stat 201 .. the concepts are easy but ... i don't know this class just pisses me the hell off .. I can't really describe what I hate but I just hate it. I enjoyed 'boring science classes' much much more than this class. Also wasted $60 for a cramster account so I could have access to the answer key .. that didn't really help me in the long run lol.
I'm at library I hate WMC get so damn sleepy once it gets dark, those lights are not motivating at all ... the lighting is too gentle. I need hard seats and lights that'll burn your retinas if you stare at them for too long.
Microbiology lounge sort of does too but there's a really annoying vending machine hum there.. not as bright though
lol and the canucks were at SFU today with their poster contest.. they went to images XD
too bad i wasnt there.
They done goofed with the chem lounge ... I'm 5'11 and I find the seats are way too far away from the tables, I can't imagine how girls sit in those seats ... chemists they could have just moved it 2 inches closer lol. Awkward as hell having to use those tables.

^ hey yellowpower, hmm so I guess we might be wrong lol the prof(Choi, D100) just replied me with this
" Final Examination will cover Section 5.5, 6.1-6.4, 7.1-7.5, 12.1-12.4. No multiple choice. No True and False. There are totally 11 questions and format is similar to midterms. Come to the review session tomorrow to get more information. "
going to keep this email if he asks shit from 1.1-5.4 on exam lol.
Doing studying, two dudes walk up and smile. Leave.
Sorry bro I was gonna come say hi but with every step I got closer to you .. the blood rushed into my penis more and more and before I knew it my brain was being seriously deprived of oxygen. My raging boner + the cardio vascular strain of moving my extremely out of shape 150 lb frame caused too much blood to diverge away from my brain ... what you saw me do to you was actually me having a very mild stroke. I'm sorry man ... this doesn't usually happen but when it does its very awkward ... I'm lying down on the couch on the bottom of WMC .. my friend thought quickly and gave me mouth to mouth while lying ontop of me on the couch, a bunch of girls from stats classed walked by, and in my stroke-induced haze I clearly heard them say "get a room, phaggots" ... now as I sit here in the couch, my shirt soaked in my friends testicular sweat (caused by him stressing out and trying to fiercely resuscitate me as fast as possible, while sitting ontop of my limp, dying body, on the couch in WMC) i can only think ... i can only think what could've been had I not had this condition, had I mustered up the courage to say hi to you. Alas, we shall never know, the friendship we could've had.
I wish he hadn't saved me. PS I think got bed bugs from this phucking couch. Gddamnit
