hmm don't know if this is a true statement or not but my family tells me that if you are a a full time student, you do not have to pay for the medical service plan (MSP) is this true?

well i just called the number for MSP and those fuckers said i still had to pay premium unless i am on welfare. Any office i can go to or what process did you guys go through to not pay this expensive bill?
