whats my next course of action if I believe a TA has messed up entering my mark on webct? so basically for my arch 131 class we have a 20% discussion mark and he said he would update it once at the midway point and once at the end of the year. So pretty much I have posted my own response + 1-2 replies every week which is what he had as the guideline and at the midway point all I got in the participation section was "A" no numbers or anything and I been doing like the same thing since that like usual posting + replies but today he updates it again and I have 6/20 and I only beat like 3 people who have 0's lol for never posting I assume and the avg is 17/20. I'm pretty sure I got fucked here but hes not responding to any of my emails.

How was Arch 100? Is it super easy, as in you don't really need to study during the term, and for midterms/finals it's enough to just read over once or twice? Or is it time consuming?

It's alright, midterms and the final are all multiple choice for the prof I have this semester. I think you have to read it abit more than once or twice unless you have great memory. For me, reading it about 4-5 times the day before midterm is good enough.

I went to get my Jan UPass and the stupid kiosks were closed. WTF. Why lock them, the building gets locked anyway. But no, building open, kiosks locked.

Anyone knows for sure if Monday morning they will be open. I need to get the Jan pass by Monday, I'l be out of town later that day until after new years

Some instructors are so nasty, yet some are so nice.

This one would not care at all why I missed. Yet in another class, that instructor would allow us to write missed midterms, AND finals, if you went and talked with him. My fault, but I guess unlucky too.

^ what was your reason for missing it? if its valid, maybe talk to the dean?
