If you don't sleep, how can you let your memory or whatever you just studied consolidate? Sleep is the most important part to me at least, replenish my energy and info overload in my brain.

I still get at least 8 hours of sleep everyday during finals week
Sleep is important, and I learned how it affects studying during my psyc classes (better memory retention)

Exactly. During final week I go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 7. Heck, I sleep more during exam week than normal school days (where I usually go to bed at midnight or 1, and wake up at 7)

dominated my exams. for 103 figure out what the main concepts are and try to apply them to things outside of class, that usually helps. What are you not understanding in particular?
