Whose your prof? sounds like an asshole lol.
The MBB 222 textbook is the same textbook they use for the much harder 300 level classes (321) and it is super detailed/way too much detail for MBB222 therefore all you need to know is the lecture notes.
Anyways, good luck. I find making your own condensed notes from the power points and including important figures helps memorize the stuff.

Nah her lecture notes are useless so are the tutorials. What she does is copy paste pictures from textbook explain lots of fascinating stuff, lots of real life problems with in class concepts in tutorials but never actually showed up in midterms. I'd rather not read anything and go into the final. Each MC is like a paragraph long so are the answers, full of mindfucks.

Buy a whiteboard. It might not seem like much, but it is a lot better than trying to memorize things on paper and pencil.
With a whiteboard you can easily erase and correct things with the swipe of your finger; something that's tedious with pencils and pens. It's also easier to write on a whiteboard since there's less resistance with a wet pen and a flat surface compared to a pen and a rigid surface. I do all of my math homework on my whiteboard, and when the board is full I transfer it to a page of looseleaf.
Just keep rewriting one of your definitions/diagrams onto the whiteboard, erasing when the board gets full. It's like when you took spelling tests in elementary school, and when you got it wrong your teacher would make you do it 10-20 times on a piece of looseleaf. It takes me about 10-15 rewrites on my whiteboard in order for me to find a flow in writing it down. Like this goes after this followed by its label here.
Whatever works, man.

But yeah, I just finished ch.16 few more to go then total review! | Just touched the textbook last night. Started power flipping and reading it. Since there are so much material, I'm just gonna read the key words and the figure words on the side of each page and the review at the end of each chapter. I have 2 days including today to study for two exams. One on next Tues and the next on Wed...

At least McDs is a cheaper alternative to the O's, even tho all of them are as healthy as drinking a jar of fat full of hormones and antibiotics.

You need to understand the company that runs SFU's food services, Chartwell's, is running a fucking monopoly and ripping students off.
If they introduce a mcdonalds or even allow a mcdonalds up there every single business will suffer because they can no longer charge $10-$15 for a meal when you can get the same amount of calories at mcdonalds for $5-$8
