Walk pass the front counter to the elevator down the hall, and take the lift down one level.

Once you leave, there's a locked door to the gym. Just tell someone to open the door for you

Are you taking bio 12 in school?

If so, we can be in BISC101 together in the fall :fullofwin:

I took that in my first semester 3 yrs ago. Once my calculus exam finished at 11:30am, I went home and studied til midnight, slept for 3 hours, got up crammed the rest of the chapters in. Finshed the exam like a boss and got a C at the end.:fuckthatshit: Final was all short answers...

edit: oh yea btw don't know if bio 101 lab is still taught by the Chinese guy named thong or something freaking hilarious.

mwoo 04-23-2013 08:17 AM

Lolol I took bisc with prof Thong/white guy too. Study lab + memorize online lab slides. white prof final is entirely lecture notes. Memorize word for word brahs. And pepper your Agnus for chem121

I made the mistake of taking three pure memorizing courses this semester, studying only a night or two before an exam, thus fucking me over badly.

I've learned my lesson now :okay:

I'm taking Chem 121 in the summer, but it shouldn't be too bad as it's my only course.

J.C 04-23-2013 12:51 PM

reconsidering kins after looking at the transfer requirements

im really good at bio 12 and memorizing, but i've never taken chem, and i suck at physics
i also didn't take pre-cal this year because i suck with numbers and formulas

BrRsn 04-23-2013 12:54 PM

^meh .. you get through it fine. Just make sure you finish your pre-reqs in your first 30 credits that way you can build up your last 90 credits with easier upper division courses.

No class is impossible, just some classes you can't cram for

G-nerd 04-23-2013 01:28 PM

After getting straight B-'s this semester, you come to realize that your current study method is not working.

Upper Bus courses = easy to get B-'s, hard as fuck to get A's. Gotta figure out what I am doing wrong.

Fcukedd 04-23-2013 02:03 PM

If someone got a D in math 232, would it be sufficient enough to take math 251?

Asking for a friend

EDIT - nevermind, he says it's only recommended to have linear algebra

The_AK 04-23-2013 03:14 PM

So whats the percent cut-off between a C- and a C?

jtanner_ 04-23-2013 03:32 PM

AFAIK...

don't worry, my first course failed was macm also. What's even more embarrassing is that I retook the semester after with Kay and almost barely passed and ended up with a C- :failed:
