I heard this course have gotten a lot harder than it "used to be"...is this true?
Anyone taken this course within the past year or so?

They just talk about art and photography concepts and quiz you with i-clickers and short written ones in the lectures. For the written quizzes she puts up a picture and asks you what you see in it.
All the work is in the tutorial component. Not difficult but can be time consuming if you have incompetent group members. IIRC we started off with photography, then a bit of HTML/CSS, and Flash.

take Chinese For Speakers of Other Dialects (151,152,153), easy B or higher imo...but depends on your ability to understand and the screening process

ASC 102 and Crim 101 are easy if you're good at memorization..
Ling 110, 220 are easy if you're good at application.

It wasn't a hard class, but its all memorization and it was sooo boring. I had no interest in it at all
