Be wary when eating at the Japanese place. I ate there late night one time and you know how they have two bins, one for recycle (bento and don box/bowls and the other for garbage, well at night I saw them take the recycle bin to the back and spray down all the trays/bowls and neatly stack them. I think they reuse them which is different than recycle. If they really cared about the environment, why not recycle the little sushi plastic containers?
