I'm heading to SFU this fall, is there anything to watch out for ?
and can someone tell me the difference between WQB requirements and the 50 credits outside your faculty .. thing ?  | |

Most Faculties and Schools lay out the first 4 terms for you in that calendar, so if you follow it fairly closely you'll be fine. Have you gone to Blueprints? Don't. It's a waste of time. Just download the Blueprints booklet from the SFU site. If you're still confused about WQB once you've settled down, book an appointment with an academic advisor (you're paying for them anyways). On the subject of money--used books. Go early/search RS/Craigslist. It saves a bundle of cash and for first year classes you should be able to get all used books. Watch out for? Try to get high marks in first year. Honestly, you'll only realize it once you're in second year, but most first year classes build mostly on high school stuff. Get high marks in first year classes so that you have some "buffer room" when you take higher-level (harder) courses. Otherwise your CGPA will be more... vulnerable.

We do it for next weeks tutorial, but we are also using next weeks tutorial to work on it also.. (it's not due.. it's actually not worth marks since its just to prepare us to work on the strategy he gave us + try out case studies).

Lol...Jesus...Most of you guys I don't even know...plus im rarely up at SFU and I never drive it in the rain so... tough luck I guess? And also.. sadly.. You guys won't be able to see it anymore since im getting another car instead of this one I may need a name change soon!
