Black prelude hit barrier at the bottom of the hill on gaglardi way... Ambulances were there and the guy seemed unconscious.. Looked pretty crazy..

- on another note, I left my scholarship in my account and its gone now saying its refunded... Wtf? It didn't even use it in my upcoming fall semester..

ienhz 07-12-2009 01:23 AM

why the fuck does SFU only have ONE day class for bus 320? it's a 53 student limit and i swear, at least half (most likely way more) of the business faculty are accounting students. pretty much every other accounting concentration course besides bus 322 (which is also full, surprise surprise) requires 320 so how does it make sense to only have one day section?

TreeHugger 07-13-2009 05:25 PM

Why the fuck is my registration date so effing late.

R8 07-13-2009 05:32 PM

Noobs. Already registered but am still on the waitlist for ONE course.

I don't even know how the hell I'm on a waitlist for that course. Only fourth year students have a reg time before me. FML.

Anyone take the Data and Decisions Buec before? George Zhang or that Brown Guy? It looks like they both have amazing reviews, except, 1 is at Surrey, and 1 is at Burnaby...

I'm looking at taking Buec, CMPT165(Heard it was easy) , IAT244 (Heard it was easy), and a Ling (Heard it was easy but which one is recommended?).

Any opinions?

smk 07-13-2009 11:27 PM

Avoid Ling like STDs, man

Take with George. CMPT 165, easy. Ling 110 with Pankratz is GPA booster.

they're fine if you're someone that can be fairly disciplined, and who learns well from the textbook.
