haha the reason she doesn't allow laptops is cuz in my lecture someone kept trying to bluetooth her laptop, so the tooltip kept saying "ATOUSA IS HOTTTTT is trying to send you a file..." and she had no idea how to turn it off ==> no laptops anymore. :( but it was pretty hilarious.

which econ? my friend had the same thing with econ 105... grade curved DOWN. happened in my math class, didnt expect it to happen in econ though.

So I was just wondering.... you only get 5 retakes for your 4 years of bachelors right? If you use all 5 retakes, then you fail a course later on that's a required course to graduate what happens? Are you basically fucked???

Btw, I will probably be up there tomorrow to get my books...

You can retake more than 5 if it's approved by the dean of your faculty, but you're also less likely to be given that opportunity if you're in arts or business as opposed to science... or so I was told by one of the advisors lol. Why what'd you fail now bb?

I think it's because there are more people in arts and business... and having to retake a class fills up another spot with someone who already had the opportunity to take the class.. blahblah

Anyways, what lot do I want to park in? I won that lottery. I have 2 phil courses, one earsc and one arch.

does anyone have any experience with student loan grants? in the letter it said i can get a $1000 grant, but on the eligibility form along with the canada student loan amount, it was $0 for grants, so..how do i get the money?

same for me...
i guess i'll have to just call them and see what's up.

In case you wanted to know, I just called student loans and they said if that happens it means you have to get the financial aid officer to re-confirm your enrollment for the grant itself and you'll get mailed another form to receive your grant money.
