when you register do they ask to see your drivers license? or just student ID

Just wondering. If I paid my tuition with the dental/health fees included, and I opted out, would I be able to get it back in cash? Or is it in my account forever and they use it in the future for tuition?

If you pay your tuition and then opt out, you get a refund cheque that you can pick up at MBC after Oct 16th. I do suggest you wait until the 20th to pick up as they often take their sweet ass time.
Or, if you are lazy, you can just pay your tuition minus $184 and let the refund pay off the rest. You might get charged like a dollar in interest so just pay everything minus $183 or something.

SFASC is still active! Their booth was located at the Surrey clubs day yesterday and today. They will be at Burnaby for tomorrow and Thursday
