just a question for people doing business @ sfu, did you guys transfer from another post secondary or went straight in? I am thinking about going to BCIT but dunno if it is a good idea | |

If you already got into SFU, you might as well stay and do the 9 classes to transfer over.

Starbucks, Denny's, Opa Greek, some kind of international food floor at Mackenzie and 24 hr dining hall service all coming to SFU. Thank god for more choices, shit is way too expensive up there to eat, but at least we can choose where to overpay for food. | |

I transferred to SFU from BCIT. On the website it says that your GPA must be above 75% from BCIT so good luck attaining that, however, even then when I transferred they told me I still need to do all the 1st year courses and do a faculty to faculty transfer which was a head ache in itself. In the end, it felt like I wasted a lot of time doing this and sometimes think maybe I should have just completed my BBA at BCIT.
