try re-flashing the OS first, if that doesn't work then maybe your screen is fucked?

I had no problems for any of those. I think those are only for AT&T users down south.

I have some stuff on my phone I want to get back, so I don't want to flash it yet. I think I'm just going to take it in to get it fixed, I don't want to mess it up any further. Anyone know anybody or any good places to fix the damn white screen? TIA

Day 1 report: battery life is back up. I've used it for a full day, not plugged it in once, and I'm still at 20ish%. Way better than the .411 beta.
Still not as good as the old 4.6 for battery life, but by damn, it's worth it.

Feels a lot better for battery for me. I can go 2.5-3 days without charging. Snappy response, it reminds me of when I first got it.

Hmm.. I'm having troubles trying to update to OS5.0.0.411. I'm currently running on v4.6.0.303. I downloaded the OS Graeme S posted ( http://forums.crackberry.com/f83/off...bility-399035/) and installed it. This is actually my first time updating the firmware by myself hahaha. My buddy helped me update the first time. So i'm using this guide to help me out ( http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/prop...ocedure-53359/)
When I plug my phone in and open Desktop Manager.. it doesn't seem to give me an option to update my firmware?
Help please TIA

DM won't always help you. In the same folder that you (hopefully) deleted vendor.xml there should be a program called "appload" or "apploader".
If you run that instead of DM, it should give you the option to install.
When I first moved up to os5 using my netbook, it told me to restart after installing OS5 on my computer, but then wouldn't let me upgrade. I tried installing without restarting, and that worked. Try both of those and let us know.
MAKE FUCKING SURE YOU BACK SHIT UP. I got my phone cleared when I updated. That licked balls. I always back shit up juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust in case. Both the autobackup, and a seperate pre-autobackup.

You actually install the download package and then go open up Apploader. I don't remember where to find it but if you google where is apploader. Posted via RS Mobile |

.411 been working great for me but my Application Memory is always under 10mb after I updated. I don't even have that much application running either. Pretty shitty!

Anybody else ever run into wifi connectivity issues?
Sometimes my wifi works and other times it doesn't. I only connect to the wifi at home and at the office and it use to work perfectly fine. Now I connect but the wifi icon is grey and there is no check mark beside the network name |
