lol at macdonalds....... there are plenty of articles of squat and milk....old school bodybuilders used this program to gain mass in a short period of time and they do work...weightlifters today still use them squat + milk = "anabolic steroids" Quote:

I did the fast food diet once... want to feel weighted down, tired, and feel like shit, go for it. It works. Eating WHOLE foods can yield better results, plus you can control what you eat... really, how long has that burger been sitting in that pool of grease? Weight gainers help... I personally dont rely on them but i use them for breakfast and before bed to increase my intake so a tub lasts longer than usual. In just stick with whole foods and feel better for it. |
