Try Nitro Juice by Bio-X. It has half the sugar of the commonly used Muscle Juice by Ultimate Nutrition, and adds creatine and extra glutamine. Small guys can get by with 2-3 scoops per serving.
Nitro Juice (5 scoops)
- about a 1000 calories
- 57g protein
- 150g carbs
- 3g creatine
Comes in chocolate or vanilla. PM me I own a chain of stores if you are interested!

lol at macdonalds.......
there are plenty of articles of squat and milk....old school bodybuilders used this program to gain mass in a short period of time and they do work...weightlifters today still use them
squat + milk = "anabolic steroids" Quote:

lol at macdonalds being a real food and milk is not...
skim milk got no fat at all.....milk got the nutrients and is good for the body
you get results with QUALITY food......sure you can get results from junk food, but most of it will go to your waist line
Bodybuilders from the 60s and 70s relied on steak, whole milk, and eggs when bulking up. They ate a ton of it, but it was still good, nutrient-dense food. Nowadays, bodybuilders focus on fast food, pizza, donuts, pastries, etc. when bulking up. So while in both cases the amount of food consumed is large, the quality of the food was much different. lol at using skim milk as a weight gainer
Seriously, legit LOL
Like I said, want to gain weight? Eat calories. Steak, whole milk, eggs, hamburgers, pizza, everything. Eat everything! Don't rely on liquid gizmos to get you anywhere.

milk got calories and carbs which is good enough to gain weight
flax oil, peanut butter, olive oil, etc are good fats...why bother with saturated fats Quote:

I did the fast food diet once... want to feel weighted down, tired, and feel like shit, go for it. It works. Eating WHOLE foods can yield better results, plus you can control what you eat... really, how long has that burger been sitting in that pool of grease? Weight gainers help... I personally dont rely on them but i use them for breakfast and before bed to increase my intake so a tub lasts longer than usual. In just stick with whole foods and feel better for it.

you don't have to drink whole milk......
if you're creative enough, you can mix flaxseed oil with skim milk.....good in calories, protein, and fats altogether....

So I hope everyone can agree on the conclusion that 'weight gainers' are bullshit, and eating proper food is the best way to do it.

1 banana

you put the oats in a blender first and grind it up, then add everything else. | What kind of protein powder do you guys recommend and what flavor?
Would you guys recommend this or get something generic like "Quick Mass" ?
