recommend me a good weight gainer do u guys know any good weight gainer for people with high metabolism that provides a lot of carbs? |
Muscle Juice has a crap load. But most of it is Sugar, so not exactly healthiest choice. |

Here, if anyones interested this is how you make it: Weight Gainer Shake: 735 cal - 100g carbs - 50g protein - 15g healthy fat 1 scoop protein powder 2 cups milk 1 banana ½ cup ground oats 1 tbsp natural peanut butter you put the oats in a blender first and grind it up, then add everything else. |
