And I made them throw in a 16gb iphone 3gs;)

Yeah I resigned for 3 years, I told em if I cudnt get a plan that was cheaper and more worth it for me, I would switch to bell, workd like a charm

i had the 6GB since it first came out in 2008. they just credited me for the duration of my plan.

Today Fido customer relations gave me this:

And the rep said she did not extend my contract for this plan.

1GB is pretty good - the rep offered me the same plan and SAME price for 150MB and she wouldnt budge.. i tried to get 500MB and she wouldnt budge

on another note, the reps told me that she can only give me 1 credit on an invoice and there is a $5 credit and a $10 credit.

Does anyone else on their invoice have 2 by any chance?

My old fido plan was a retention plan and I got 2 credits..

If you don't get a plan you like hang up and try again. Maybe try close to closing time and it really helped that I'm indecisive by nature so the lady kept offering me something better.

I have almost the same plan but with 700 minutes and a BB plan $60 month
last month Ive only used 3 minutes out of 700.
I had the cityfido plan before and this is way better lol. pretty much unlimited

yeah man, i haven't used any of the 400 minutes..
everyone i call is either on Rogers or after 5pm...

i would argue for more but its really pointless lol

i have two credits on my account..

as far as I know it's not the number of credits, more so the amount..
i think they can't credit you more than what your bare voicemail price is .. [ask them for a breakdown of prices]

my voiceplan is $17.50 so they can only credit up to $15 and not $20 [5 dollar increments maybe ?]

i'm not too sure about this though..

Anyone able to switch their retention plan to rogers? Is it even possible?

i got 2 years left on a 3 year contract.. thing is i was with them for a good 4-5 years before that and my contract sucks ass.. suppose ot be 40 after taxes but always endsu p being 70-90$

is it possible for me to still go through retentiions and change my contract or try n get a better deal?

like even if i still have 2 years left and threaten to leave them for a better offer from another company you think that would work?

I'm kind of in the same situation as Vansterdam.

I have about a year and a half left on my contract, is it possible that I can go through retentions? or is it better off that I wait until my contract expires?

I'm kind of tired of paying $90/month on my cellphone bill.

breaksdown to:

CID, Voicemail etc - 10 (instead of 20)

Upgraded to BB 9700 for 199 + 35 activation
gave me a 45$ one time credit for the month of February

I know I'm asking a lot, but what I need is page 3 of a bill. Name, address, phone number and account number ARE NOT NEEDED. I have adobe and can be edited out.

Wouldn't really offer me a retention plan as I was on one of their "new plans" already which didn't have the SAF :(
