no. it means if you go to toronto, you get to call any local toronto number for free. If you go to Dawson creek, you get to call local Dawson creek number for free.

The one ur thinking is Nationwide Calling.

how long have you been with fido? My contract is up in approx 6 months, and I've been with fido for 2 years at end of contract (i was with rogers for 6 years). Is it possible for me to get a similar contract and a deal on a iphone 3gs? or is it not possible because i haven't been a customer long enough.

Do you guys think its possible to negotiate for a new plan if I already have city fido?

Just got off the phone with Fido. Told them Wind is offering $150 for switcher, and that I will be switching over. I was then told a long story about how Wind sucks compared to Fido, and then asked what I wanted in a plan. I already knew which plan I wanted so I told him what I needed.

$6 Call Display with Name Display

I could negotiate for a $5 credit for the 200 SMS, but I did not have much room to negotiate because I was not renewing my contract. If I said I wanted to renew my contract then I am sure my bill can be much cheaper.

I could also drop the $30 6GB data plan for the $20 flex data plan.

Then it'll be less than $45 before tax. In fact, it'll be $42 total after tax.

Yes. Call and tell them you want to cancel. When asked why, mention Wind and how they are offering $150 per new customer. Mention how their plans are attractive.
