My plan is exactly what i wrote down.. i plan to get the ihpone4 once it becomes avaialble.. but FIDO is retarded.. they dont have a que up for the ihpone 4.. unlike bell i believe.. you can drop $50 bucks at bell and be in line.. while fido is a first come first serve, may come tmr or 2 motnhs from now bull shit.

And if I don't hear what I want, I tell them to transfer me to the retentions department to sign a 3yr contract?

I was recently on a trial for an add-on which somehow removed my caller ID and I couldn't display numbers for a month. I called in to cancel my add-on and told them about the caller ID and they gave me credit back for the caller ID, AND fix the issue.

I tried it again, same thing, can't display any numbers. I called in again and they troubleshooted it, same thing, won't work.

Anyone think it's possible for me to use this as a bargaining tool for retention purposes?

It's normal it requires a 30 day notice to cancel in most cases

You should try again. I basically got the same plan as you except the flex data plan (Retention wouldn't allow a flex data plan) for $22.50/month for a 2 year plan. I'm still trying to negotiate for an Iphone 4.
