^ That's what they told me then I told them that I know the iPhone 4's are restock and if their was something he can do about it with someone from retentions and he transfered me and it worked, at 5:30pm yesterday.

Fuuck. Just called they said it'd be up at 4-4:30 now. But the rep also said that there are 16gb iPhones available for sure, I'd just have to wait for the system to be back up first.

^ i called 3 different reps today
they all said they couldent check stock for iphone cause all the computers/servers are down
and that customer service was down to.
AND NOW they are telling me to phone back tomomrow
between 230-530pm cause thats the estimate time the server be back..
man fuck fido is really pissing me off now
shouldof called in before closing yesterday
now its all fucked up bad.
im going back to sleep for 2 hours and trying agian lol

So I called back today to ask why I didn't get a order# via e-mail and the guy popped up my record and it does say that I made an agreement for a new 3 yr deal yesterday BUT there's nothing that says the phone has been shipped.
This makes sense since I was saying how I was talking to a FUCKING DOUCHE yesterday who had no manners whatsoever.
So what the guy did was send a msg to that person telling him to contact him and me to resolve this matter.
FUCKING BULLSHIT MAN HAWHHFAGAAHFKAJDKADK.
The odd thing was this guy said he was here all day yesterday and there was no mention of any iPhone shipments O_o.
He also said the notes that the douche made about our agreement was the most poorly written he's ever seen.
So now I gotta wait for the douche to call back, argue with him, and then probably end up with no phone anyway. Great.

I say just wait until their systems are up tomorrow. My guess (and hope) is that you're like me, and didn't get emailed because the phone just hasn't shipped yet.. So when it ships in the next few days, we'll get emails.

So so far, some of us here have gotten a confirmation e-mail while others was told the system is down and the e-mail will be sent when the phone is shipped, and me, where the systems are up but the phone was shown on the account.

Is it me or does it seem that every freaking representative says something different. I complained to them about that, but not like that's going to change a thing. So far I've spoken with 5 different reps this week, every single one of them gave me different answers on different things
