Boo! Fido sent me my sim card first. Inside the package they sent me another tracking number which I think is my iPhone. I thought it was the phone :(

Ooops LOL I was checking my old email address, forgot I updated my Fido account with a new email address :rofl: I got 1 email on the day when I ordered(Wednesday) and another email that said it shipped on the 26th and another email with Fido advertising(probably useless)

She filed a complaint against the douche bag who fucked up my order who hasn't been doing his job lately.

She said the phones were sold out (one of you bastards have my phone!!! :P) but she put me on her personal callback list and will call me back next week when they get a new shipment.

Did you get an email right away saying that you had at least purchased a product with them? In that email it says they will send another email when they actually ship the product with the tracking number.

when you call, do you ask for retention department right away? or do you tell them i'm interested in switching provider?

no data plan, 100 text, 200 daytime 5pm unlimited call display for $40 before tax..

Just phone the direct line. People say it's better to phone fido and get directed to retention but it's all the same shit.

If you call retention directly if they happen to ask how you got the number tell them you got it from a csr last time you called because you think its unacceptable to have to talk to them first to get transfered to retention.

i had exact plan as you with a year left and i called to retentions and said i was shopping around with bell/telus/wind/koodo and that i would liek to stay with fido if they offered me a better deal with contract renewal.

look at what other people on here are getting as a deal and see if you can get them to match the offer
