FYI the calling minutes really become a moot point if you have 6gig data. Just get Tango app and you can make calls anytime and it uses your data. You can do voice and video calls over Tango and at no cost to your "minutes" as it uses your 3G and data. The app is Free. I got the 6gigs for 5$ when I renewed. Berz out. |

I think your old sim would become "unregistered" once everything is transferred to the new one. I could be wrong |

Just say you are not satisfy with your plan and how much you are paying compared to other competitors. They will offer you and you say not good enough and they should redirect you. |
well .. my plan is 27.50 for 200 daytime, 2500sms, VM, CID, evenings @5pm with $10 flex data ... they will ask what other competors can match that.. what do i say then |

So i just called cs and then they directed me to retention (i think)... i told them that my plan is not competitive and told them about the $25 mobilicity plan and they won't freakin budge one bit. they said I have the cheapest plan and if i want to get another plan, it would be 5-10 dollars more than what i'm paying now. they basically told me that I can just continue with my plan as is and not renew my contract. They said that under new rules, they cannot match other competitors because "their services are different". My current plan: 17.50 - 200daytime, unlim evening/weekend @5 10 - value pack (CID, VM, 2500sms) 10 - flex data |
