I just renewed my contract and I got Unlimited talk and text as well as 10gigs of Data for 80$/month. Pretty happy with that deal.

Actually you can subsidize. I got a 6S Plus with the plan for a discount. My contract was up in December so I renewed and got the new phone. I chose the 6S plus over the regular 7.

I just upgraded at retention to the same plan. Fido roaming is standard now I guess ($5/day to use your same plan in states roaming max up to 10 days)... they changed $10/gb overage to $5/100mb which I don't think will be an issue with 10gb but I did go over 6gb a few times over the last year or so
Spotify was not included but I don't mind since I'm on a $30/year family plan
Voicemail not upgraded, still only mini voicemail (3 max)
Still m2m until I decide to get a phone at subsidized Pulse15 rate (usually half off on popular phones)

What a shit show. I called Fido on the 16th to upgrade my plan and order a new phone. 2 weeks goes by and no phone. I call back on tuesday and there is no record of my order or my changed plan. What the actual fuck. So the hour I spent on the phone on the 16th never existed. So I go through the whole process again. Finally feel like they got it right. Get an email for confirmation of shipping of my phone and it's the wrong fucking phone being shipped. Says 32gig and not 64. Call Fido again today and ask what the fuck. Guy on phone says Yes I see that you ordered a 64 gig but the email does show a 32gig so "just wait and see"
So now it's already been 2 weeks since my initial phone call, still no phone, and the one I receive "could" be the wrong one. If it is, I'll have to mail it back, and then fucking wait again for them to reship my proper phone.
Fuuuuuu.
This is the first and only time I've ever had an issue and man are they making up for lost time.

Make sure you try to get a credit out of this.
Other day I went to fido. I have 1 fido account and 1 Rogers. I wanted to port from Rogers to fido to make 2 accounts. But she ported over and lost one of my fido accounts. So I was stuck their waiting for 3 hours!!! I had to go back 3 times. To get things fixed. In the end. I had to get 2 new numbers. Ughhh. But got 50 bucks credit out of it.

They fucked me over with a bill. Got a free phone back then but never received it (was told they noted it but it wasn't). Asked what they can offer me since i've been with them for almost 15 years, nothing. No credits, wouldn't even waive that bs system access fee.
Now with PM, at least i get something after a year.

Anybody here have problems setting up their online accounts?
I called several times about the issue. Each and every time they try to solve it for me, they failed and said they will have to forward it to IT. They give me a case # and to check back a couple business days after. Few business days pass by and I call them referencing the case #s that I got. CSR tells me theres no history of it and its back to square 1 again.
Seriously, WTF?!

Just renewed my $56 plan for another 2 years. The person at the kiosk (Costco) said as of last week, fido is letting people with fido dollars, apply them to their bill. I haven't confirmed with fido yet but it'd be great if I can use them up before they expire.
Also, the phone I got was $100 (subsidized) and they gave me $100 in GC's to pay for it, so I didn't even have to use my Fido Dollars.
