I was gonna disagree with what Skinnypupp was saying about the roids till I read the part about Berzerker not eating properly and not training properly. Obviously its your body but roids are sorta something you look into once you have everything else in check. Like they say.. you only get to do your first cycle once. Why are you wasting it? Ok so you cant train more then 3 times a week.. go 3 times a week and bust your ass off.. the eating part is no excuse though.. get a freaking cooler if you need to and make all your food for the day.. buy almonds in bulk and snack on those when you cant actually eat a proper meal.. beef jerky works too.. btw you arent a hardgainer at your height and weight.. I am 6'4 and I was 140 lbs (skinny fat) when I started.. I dont lift that often anymore and I sit around 170 lbs naturally and have never gone over 200 lbs.. you have 45 lbs on me.. |

I could merge it but this was supposed to be a personal diary of sorts and then Halo started posting random crap in it haha. I had a lazy week of low weight and high reps. I'm resting up a bit for when I hit Kelowna ;) Berz out. |

Decline Bench = 295lbs 5 reps today WHOOOOOOOOO. It was my 15th set of chest. Decline is my last chest exercise so IF I started with it I'm sure I could do 3 plates. I have to start changing up the order I do things and maybe start with incline for awhile as my incline is drastically lower than my flat and decline. Weight was 215lbs on the dot.... again. FML Berz out. |

did legs today squats got up to 3 plates and a 10 on each side for 2 reps so new record. did some leg extensions and lunges, legs were looking all veiny after was loving that |
finally did 2 plates each side on incline bench felt pretty good |

Update. Even though rrxtar was ducking me while in kelowna I still hit the gym pretty hard. I was making a very good effort of eating proper meals and it paid off. Weight is 220 usually a pound over but not under anymore. Might post a pic later this week. \\ Berz out. |
225lbs now... God I love Kelowna lol. Got a membership at Global there now and will be there for a couple months or so working so booya keep the gains coming. Berz out. |
