| FS: 90-91 JDM Accord Fogs, 3000K P&P H3 HID Kit
The fog lights are practically mint.. they come with the factory brackets.. I don't believe they come with any H3 bulbs though.
I also have an H3 3000K HID kit which is "new" in that it has never been fully installed.. the brand is JS.. one of the ballasts needs to be replaced (faulty from the factory), but both bulbs work and the other ballast also works.. comes with all of the mounting hardware, etc.. just needs one new ballast and it's good to go

HID kit: $30 (paid $175)
