People say BREAKFAST (Cereal) is the more important meal of the day

So what's your favourite morning cereal?

Mine is

ya breakfast is most important meal of the day, not cereal.. yet, cereal does give you fiber and carbs which is essential to a "boost" start to your day.

i usually have a hot bowl of noodles + maybe meatballs in the morning. never really eat the "western" cold style cereal + milk + orange + banana type breakfasts

If it's cereal, it must be high in fiber.

But wouldn't it be a little dry? Or do you soak it for a bit? Hmm I guess it depends on the type of cereal, okay wow I am totally having a conversation with myself. Okay nothing to see here! Carry on!

All that shit is disgusting and loaded with sugar. Here's what you fuckers should be eating YYEEEE HAAAWWW!!:

High Fiber!! Nothing Artificial!! Whole Grain!!
(per 3/4 cup)
4g Protein
7g Fiber
500 mg Omega-3
Only 1.5 grams of fat
22 grams of carbs

It contains crunchy ass flakes of wheat and oats with fuckn flaxseeds in the flakes. The 7 grams of fiber make this cereal an excellent source of dietary fiber so your asshole doesn't rip apart and bleed like a bitch on her rag when you drop the kids off at the pool. Now lemme ask ya this, have you ever had your shit get so backed up at the constipation station sometimes it feels like you're drop'n one really fat fuckn kid off but he just won't get off the fuckn bus no matter how many times you push his fat ass from behind, maybe cuz he's scared of the water, but mostly cuz he can't fit through the door? Then this is the cereal for you! Here's a fun fact! I once bled so much from my hemroids I passed the fuck out on the toilet for 5 hours. That was before I started eating this shit, and that, my friends, is when my life changed. I became a new man, the man that stands here right before your eyes today!! Halleellooya assholes!!!

Just so you bastards don't forget, this product is also third-party certified organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI) and its USDA Organic bitches.

So Listen here:
No synthetic pesticides
No synthetic herbicides
No preservatives or additives
Not genetically engineered
No irradiation
No sewage
...know whadda mayne?

In fact everytime you finish a bowl you'll be yell'n out "FUCK YEA!" and I just finished a bowl so "FUCK YEA!!"

^ Pft, that's nothing. Try All bran originals or buds. 1/2 a cup satisfies 50% of your daily fiber intake. Tastes like cardboard, so I mix it in with sweeter cereals such as Kashi.

I stopped eating all the POST, Kellog's and General Mills garbage and switched to a company out of the UK called Dorset Cereals. http://www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/

Their cereals are unbelievable and is packed full of real natural ingredients. With the major U.S. brands you can tell some cost accountant has made them skimp on the costly ingredients and they've just maximized on the cheap stuff (flakes) or sugar. There is amazingly no powder at the bottom of Dorset like there is with the other brands.

It's not that pricey. It's about 12 bucks for a box, and the bag is packed full unlike most American cereal brands that is mostly air. The content is supposed to be 50% fruit, nuts and seeds! Dorset cereals come in a small box, but it is up to 800g per box, whereas Kellog's Raisin Bran is only 560g.

Edit: Yes it is available in Vancouver. Try it and tell me what you think:

I know you can get Melamine in China, even your local Chinese super markets, just make sure there is milk powder in it.
