Not ideal. Body needs food on regular basis. The people who say they don't NEED to eat until lunch/dinner are just screwing their own bodies up, no one to blame.

Worst is one of my friend who never eats on time and chews gum all day - when you chew gum there's excess saliva and it makes the stomach all confused when food is expected. When he does finally eat he goes for the fatty food. Guy has high blood pressure in his 20's already. Bad bad cycle.

i use to never eat breakfast up until a year or so ago... even now, i eat small portions because my stomach just won't take large amounts of food

i think i ease into breakfast a bit since my work schedule changed so it might take time and small bits of solid food at a time...maybe try just a slice of toast?
