Cuz I was late for school by the time I got home from Pt Roberts, and it wasn't snowing. I checked the online live cams at SFU, it wasn't even snowing there. So I figured it could wait til later that night.

Geez guys lol.

The 210s just sold for $200 more than I payed for them haha

I have Nokains on my car, but these are just for my gf so I'll probably order her a set of Hankook iPike. If they aren't good enough I'll drive her around.

^ They're okay, they got me around in '08 and '09 pretty good. Good in snow and slush. They're just not too great on the ice.

^ I've heard they have soft sidewalls. I've heard mixed reviews on rain performance, but they're a great tire in the snow.

so far i've driven them friday night, midnight time, from richmond to vancouver...no slippage at all, everybody was going 40km, i was passing all of them, 60km. but i have awd so that helps a lot too. and also they've been great rain tire for me.... not so much in dry though. can't beat the price and treadlife of dws though!

for daily driving, it's alright. what i should have said is that in comparison to the yokohama advan's performance tire i had before, they're obviously not as grippy in the dry.

I'm rocking Continental ExtremeWinterContact tires and couldn't be happier. They are rated up there with the Nokian Hakka's. I drove to Mt. Baker yesterday for some early season riding and was VERY impressed with the immense amount of grip I had, even with a small RWD car. Only $70/ea too!

yup

2 winters ago i bought 912 drove for 2 weeks, until the storm came i was like fuck this. Drove all the way to maple ridge to get new conti tires, on my way i had to constantly counter-steer to correct the car otherwise i'd be in other people's lane. On the way back it was a breeze on the hwy, just plow thru the slush/snow like its a piece of cake
