Dear Rogers,

I understand that there are excuses for not answering your customer service line immediately. Its cold outside. Theres snow on the ground. Its been a year since Benazir Bhutto was assassinated. Guns N Roses' Chinese Democracy album came out before Duke Nukem Forever. Whatever excuse you want to use, I'll believe

But if I wait on hold for one hour and thirteen minutes I should have at least spoken with ONE HUMAN BEING DURING THAT TIME.

Longest I waited was ~35mins (Fido) They hanged up on me once they picked up. Those fuckers.

Longest wait was around an hour. It's terrible. :( And no, the initial person doesn't count, it's the second time they transfer you and put you on hold ugh

whats worst than holding for a long time, is talking to the person after holding for a long time, then they tell you that they will transfer you to another department, where you have to wait again for a very long time. this went on for 2 hours for me when i called City of Vancouver about some permit thing.

I don't bother trying with the cell phone. I wait til I get home and call from the landline and leave it on speaker phone. I average about 45 minutes before someone picks up.
