Check us out at bcprotege.net. There is a $10 fee for premium membership to see all the juicy bits, but Niv has to pay for the site somehow. Bunch of modded P5's. 2 boosted, one with a crazy build. Check us out. We are in the stages of planning out January meeting.

As far as I know, it's 10 dollars and you're set. Pay $15 and get 2 decals mailed to you. Even if you don't want to sign up for the premium, you should still be able to view the area where we are talking about our meet, so you can still find the details and come out, have some fun and meet some people into their cars.

You don't have to pay to learn the knowledge
Most common mods on P5
- intake
- exhaust
- Autoexe or replica front lip
- suspension/wheels/ hids
I believe you can search for brands like : Autoexe, ractive, injen, momo, sparco, mazdaspeed, tirerack, koni, etc
or even just go to www.corksport.com

Or go to www.mazdas247.com for a lot more knowledge and how-to's etc or even toprotege.com . But for a car without a huge following, and a board with not tons of members like revscene, Niv has to pay for the site somehow. Perfect? No? Awesome place to meet local people interested in the same car that you have? Totally!

Well, if you want to slightly improve your air intake flow with the stock box, remove the snorkle, and throw in a KN drop in filter. You can pick up MS axel backs for super cheap, they sound really good. I'd suggest a short shifter. TWM makes an awesome one. One of the best things I got for my car. Cosmetically, you can remove the side mouldings. I think that the car looks so much better without, and get a shorty antenna. Those are the easy to do/cheap starter mods. Next one I'm going to do is to wire my DRL's through my fogs.

Intake - u can get an injen cai
suspension - decide if u wanna go full coilover, or just get Koni + eibach
short shifter - B&M is the best, don't buy cheapy ones with vinyl pivot balls
antenna - beware that certain signals will be weaken by shorter antennas
headlights - just keep it as is or do a custom projector with hid system
exhaust - u'll be very disappointed to invest hundred of dollars to get 5 hp, exhaust sound is an acquired taste, if u want intake sound, don't get the exhaust
after all that, save up more for another car....
