96 to 00? i think the 96 will only fit up to 98 bro but i could be wrong!

yep, check out clubel.ca for more info/help....
the other option is to get an OEM Civic Si lip but it will have to be modded. its too short and will need to be cut and extened. here's one installed perfectly...
