E71 VS Curve8900

Like title says,

will be signing up a new contract for Rogers tmr morning,

just haven't decided which one to get.

I've read both thread about E71 and Curve8900, just got harder to decide between

i've never used any kinds of Nokia phones before, however,

i've played around with my friend's Bold and iPhone, however didnt like them so much (touch from iphone = nono. Bold = bit big and thick for my taste..)

yes, i will get data plan will txt msg A LOT and go online/check emails etc a lot with my new phone.

camera/games are not biggie for my since i already have dslr and psp

Plus, i also want to consider about 're-sale' value in the future , too.

Thanks in advance.

for email/txt and resale value alone, 8900 would prolly b ur choice. it's smaller than the bold in every way, so if u liked the interface/software on the bold, 8900 should b perfect for u.

I have had the the new curve and now iam using the e71.
If you NEED the BB messenger then go with the curve.
Emails and stuff is better with the e71.
The only pro i can think of is the curve has the trackball which makes scrolling waaay easier.
The e71 great email/txting phone

edit: U can edit office documents n shit on the e71 too and i think only the BOLD does that.
AND the curve feels like really bad built. Light as paper and feels really plasticly.
