Turbo Timer w/ auto locking alarm

I'm going to be putting on my turbo kit soon, and i had a question about the turbo timer.

Once installed, and i turn off my ignition, and get out of the car my alarm will auto lock the car in 10seconds.

if the motor is still running at this time due to the turbo timer, would this make my alarm go off?/ not arm the alarm properly?

i have no idea what brand alarm it is, as it was on the car when purchased.

most aftermarket alarms have turbo timers in them... check the manufacturer of your alarm's website, and see if the model you have has a built in timer. that way it will work with your alarm, not potentially against it.

You should be able to wire around the alarm during the time the turbo timer is running.
