St. Maarten

Anyone been to St. Maarten in the Caribbean before? What do you see and what do you recommend? I am going there in 3 weeks, and just wanted to hear your experiences. I'm staying at the Westin for a few days and then staying at another beach hotel resort.

i been there during a cruise stopover. i was only there for the day. jewellery and watches and rum dealers predominantly line there main shopping area.

the prices there are good as considering everything there is duty free. if you are looking for a good watch, recommend you consider making the purchase there. it should be cheaper than anything you find online in the usa. this is assuming you where it home and also pay by cash.
