that's just your skid plate. it's probably from reversing in the ice/snow
You don't really need it, but what i'd recommend is buy a new one and go to an auto service place and see if they'll install it.
hopefully it's separate from your front bumper.
And if you really don't want to get it fixed, just zip tie it together, it'll be just fine.

its probably a piece of plastic from your splash guard or something...you can rip it off or zip-tie it ...its not really that important.
happened to my car too...and yeah its not worth taken it to the dealership to fix.

Thanks | Don't take what i said about not needing it too literally, because the manufacturer put it there for a reason, and it does have it's benefits.

maybe go to some place like advance or garage five and ask if they can put it up on the hoist to see if it's a simple as the ziptie solution or just a few clips. i'm sure it would be much less than the $100+/hr a lexus dealer would nail you with |

Thanks | the underbody splash guard can be fixed by dealership. Its held in place via plastic clips. They cost about 8 bux each, depends on how many clips you need .
Bring your car to Lexus. Its probably due to snow/ice in between the tire tracks
Labor at lexus ~ 60 ? for the job plus clips price= around 100-120$?

$60/hr? never heard a dealership that cheap!, never heard a dealership charge less than $100 /hr
didnt know the new splash guards are all just clips, i thought they use the 10mm screws still. Quote:

Easiest way is to jack up ur car, take it out, super glue the ripped plastic back together, then zip tie.
