Ordering From carcaresmart.com, Experiences?

Earlier this week, I ordered some products from them, and have yet to receive any confirmation or reply to my email inquiry. Supposedly, a benefit to registering on their site is so that I can track my order after I pay for it. How the heck do I get the tracking number if I can't contact them and receive nothing from them? :S

Anyone ordered from them recently and have received their products? Luckily I paid with my credit card through PayPal, but I would rather receive the items.

A lot of people have had bad luck with carcaresmart.com. You should have gone with icanpolish.com or eshine.ca. icanpolish is a rs sponsor, Ben's an awesome guy to deal with as well. Did you try get a phone number off of their site? Try call them if you can. Anyways, good luck and now you know who not to order with

I've ordered hundreds of dollars of products from them before and never had a problem, although I hear that you aren't able to pickup from the Burnaby postal outlet anymore.

Have you ordered and received their products recently though?

Did you receive a confirmation email, and did they used to be prompt in answering your inquiries?

I can't wait any longer, I was counting on receiving the products by the end of this week but the temperatures are warmer, and my car is filthy.

I ordered a few items about a few months ago and had it shipped after the confirmation. I never had the need to contact them although I knew any place that doesn't have a phone number to call in to would probably have some shaky CS.

The only info I have is the address of their Burnaby pickup location. Maybe the people there might have a number you can contact CCS through..

CarCareSmart Inc.
7B Unit#1611 - 4500 Kingsway
Burnaby, BC V5H 2A9

I'll see if previous shipping invoice has a number.

Good news, I did get an email from them today telling me my items have been shipped.

I also had my car washed today at the Esso automated carwash, mainly for the undercarriage spray.

Fwiw, automated car washes aren't such a good idea. It might introduce swirls and watermarks to your paint.

They never have anything in stock that I want to buy. Even checking a few months after those items are still out of stock.

I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The carwash mentioned is a touchless. The ESSO ones seem to be good in IME, but the ones at the Shell stations suck bad.
