Past rigs? we've got a thread for our current rigs, how about one for the ones we've had in the past? |
mine are limited. first was a 94 F150 with 7" total lift on 35x12.5 BFG MTs http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v280/g2mike/mud.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...tday6small.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v280/g2mike/good1.jpg the other was an 04 F150 FX4. stock with a leveling kit. XLT wheels were on there because the FX4 wheels had bald tires and i got the XLTs with brand new rubber for free. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...ike/truck2.jpg |
Mine are limited too, and without photos, but it was a 1976 Ford F-250 Supercab with a 360 cubic inch crate motor installed after the old 360 blew up. Four speed with a crawling first gear with lockout, and 38" tires that were stretched over 14" white steelies. It looked bad ass. Black, and rust free. As in, the rust came with the truck, free of charge. By the time it was carted away by a new owner, two cab supports were almost gone, the rear cab wall was no longer attached to the floor for about a foot in the middle, and the tailgate was pretty much useless. But it never left me stranded anywhere, and was a blast to drive. I miss it... |
I used to drive 1981 daihatsu taft back in asia. damn fun car to beat around in crowded city of jakarta mine does not look as nice as this (all beat up and rusted and hard top instead of canvas) but I just use it for reference :) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ft_F50_25d.JPG |
