Well I'd suggest talking to the manager
directly and voicing your concern again as to why you shouldn't have to pay for the initial $1800 if it was caused by misdiagnosis. That's what service managers are for. As for conduct wise, customer relations manager is there also for you to vent and have them see your point of view as well.
I do know, getting all worked up on RS about it will not help your situation or wallet, and i think talking to both customer relations and service manager directly would have a better chance at reaching a mutual agreement on this.
I know, I know how angry you feel.. give the alternative a try first.
