I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet but this is a horror movie about siamese twins.

Most likely rent it at a local place. I frequent Tom's Video and Videomatica for these types of movies that you wouldn't normally find at say blockbusters or rogers.

is this the Thai movie, that has a dog named "lucky" got run over by a car backing out a driveway?

That scene totally killed anything horror in the movie
