you can lock you brakes on wiht some of them and if not i never try to steal a car and only use the hand break to stop
and you are lucky if it even works or not

Steering wheel is not soft...there's a reason why they don't fold over when you hold onto them in a crash lol

The main purpose of a steering wheel lock is to be a visual deterrant, rather than a physical force.
My steering lock wouldnt come unlocked late one night in the police station parking lot. I had to get someone to bring down an axe and hack-saw and ended up sawing through the steering wheel. It really doesn't take long  What a sketchy looking scene though at 2am... hah

streeing wheel are suppost to give soft meatle if it was soild you whould die it whould crack your fucken head open on a none air bag
and the new ones are just as soft how many streeing wheel have you cut none
me like more then you can count
how many threas cars come in to find the bar in the back and cut wheel to many
the good one's now for wheel lock use the shreeing wheel sheild
and my bolt cutters are big
jdm car i not sure of since they don't applie here but bet yae it still hallow is the tube is that big

It takes a bit of getting used to, but I can take mine off no problem, with one hand

from above it hooks around the spokes, so it's straight across the airbag/hub for me.
some people are saying you can cut through the steering wheel rim... the locksmith that came said the 4-hook setup i had made that impossible, because the thickest part of the rim is where it meets the spokes.
he also said those brake pedal locks are a pain in the ass... not that they are ineffective, but because he's had to take off so many defective ones  | |

the idea behind any anti theft device is this:
thief sees 2 cars he might steal. one has club/ alarm/ big black dude sitting in the back, the other car has none.
they will always go for the easier target, unless of course big black dudes are his thing...

| I've seen at least a couple crash photos where the top of the wheel is bent forward due to a person's weight during a crash.
