Wald Lexus IS-F 'Black Bison' detail photos released

Japanese tuning house Wald International has a wide range of styling and performance kits for nearly every Japanese-made car on the market. It's no surprise, then, the company has turned its hand to one of the most recent high-performance sedans to issue from Lexus, and the resulting restyle shows some characteristic Wald touches along with a flair unique to the IS-F.

The IS-F kit offers a significantly more aggressive look for the IS-F owner not satisfied with the reserved yet muscular look Lexus imbued the car with at the factory, while the Black Bison kit goes one step further and adds even more aggression plus carbon-fiber finishes. The newly released detail photos give an up-close look not just at the brawny additions, but the material, fit and finish of the kit - all of which appear to be superb.

Adding larger, more angular front intakes with a separate brake duct and a dual lower splitter, the front of the car looks much more purposefully fast than the stock car. A slightly wider side-sill treatment flows to the rear side skirts, which receive Wald's trademark shark-gill extractor vents behind the rear wheels.

A custom diffuser under the rear end looks like more than just a pretty piece of molding, and coupled with the rear wing, should help improve down force at speed. The IS-F's front extractor just behind the front wheel is left untouched.

Aside from the spoiler at the back of the car, the kit builds on the IS-F's basic look, adding aggressive styling to match the powerful engine under the hood.

I wonder if the top two exhaust pipes are still fake or if they actually put them to use.

looks pretty sexi i wud look twice if i saw it on the road .. dont like how they used the same CF side vents on the lip (8th pic) as c63 or other amg cars .. other than that this thing is DEADLY

Oh, they're definitely fake. They four "exhaust pipes" aren't even connected to the two real outlets; there's a two inch gap last time I checked.

Looks good, but the front lip will scrape over....everything.

there FOUR real outlets dumbass, look carefully. they may be 2 inches apart from the chrome pieces but there is FOUR.

and again, if the chrome chrome pieces were actually CONNECTED to the exhaust pipes, the vibration from the exhaust will rattle against the bumper and people like u will complain "oh i bought a 80K car why the fuck is it rattling like a ricer civic with a fart can"

the mazdaspeed 6 had the same design, the chrome piece werent actually connected to the exhaust but is part of the bumper. and i believe the previous gen acura TL (not S) is like that too with their square looking chrome piece. but i might be wrong.

thats TWO GIGANTIC HOLES i see there already and thats only on ONE SIDE. WHATS 2+2=? everyone's answer will be FOUR, but urs will be TWO. LOL

i think it looks ok. Lines that the whole kits follows are fairly true the the cars original lines. If the powerplant matches the actual aggressiveness of the kit I would say it's suits it just fine. A little to much on the front bumper and rear but it does look pretty bad azz.
