How many km's do you get per tank in your Lexus/Toyota, how big is ur tank? I just calculated mine. with ECT POWER on all the time, i get about 350km / 50L tank, so roughly 7km/L my tank is a lot bigger, but i usually fill when i hit just below the 1/4 tank mark. this is from my GS300, N/A 2jzge. hows urs? |
2006 Corolla 1ZZ-FE 50L fuel capacity (should work out to just over 500km/tank, but I've always filled up at or ~400km) 10-11km/L all city driving, no hwy (although on paper its rated for 12-13km/L city) |
78l tank built 1jz single turbo, daily driven with a heavy foot in mix of city/highway. 375-400km's to a tank. toyota soarer. no afr gauge but egt is in the 1200 range for extended boost periods. so its tuned RICH! |
2001 Celica GT 1zz-fe, same as cdnav8r but with my driving style, I get about 450km per 55L tank |
2007 audi a3 2.0T mix of hwy and city driving average of 510 km per 50L tank |
shit my gas milage really sucks... |
50 l tank.. roughly around 530 km 1991 mr2 n/a |
. |
68L tank 07 2.3L Mazda 6 with 5spd atx just about 500km all city. |
so in a Lexus/Toyota thread we have 1 audi and 1 mazda 6??? |
the whole point of this thread was to compare to other toyota and lexus's. from the looks of it, ive still got the worse gas milage... |
LOL, No you dont SG. My MR2, 1.6 L, 35 L Tank. 13L to 100 KM. Im lucky to get over 200 on a single tank. |
^ Wow, is that a 4A-GE? I got WAAAAY more on a 4A-GZE when I had my supercharged AW11 MR2. Your motor needs a tune up or somethting. !SG - That's not so bad considering it's a high compresion 6-cylinder. Those 2JZs are gas guzzlers. My MR2 isn't any better. 3S-GTE GenII MR2 SW20 320KMs per tank @ 42L on 94 Octane with the occasional boosting @ 11psi on a CT-20B turbo. I get much more on highway driving. Something insane like 420KMs On my parents' Cressida: 5M-GE straight-6 Something like a 55L tank they get I think 425KMs? |
working it backwards i get about 14.3L to 100km. Quote:

I have a 2008 honda civic dxg 50 liter tank and getting 360km per tank I think its a 50 liter tank that is what it says in the spec |

That is why i think i have is bad.:) |
the easiest way to calculate is how when you go fill up, see how many liters of gas you just filled. then you can compare that to how many km's you drove during that duration. going by specs of ur the car is useless because you cant account for the reserve tank and whats left in the tank. Quote:

My toyota soarer 1JZ GTE 80L tank, 450km city but i fill when the light goes on, so 76L 16.8/100km..ouch |
my yaris gets about 5-6L/100km on all highway driving and about 8-9L/100km all in city (vancouver/richmond/burnaby) driving. it has a 42L tank and i can go about 450km in city |
2L-T 2.4L Toyota Hilux 600km with 55L tank with no gas light coming on |
is250 516km 65L |
is350 around 450 km with 65 L im heavy footed too... yo sg wats ECT i never really figured it out i have it on my car too |
