FS: 1988 RX7 TII

1988 RX-7 Turbo II (S4). $4000.00 OBO. LHD. Aircared.
Looking for cash, or looking to trade for Honda/Acura (i.e., '90 and up Accord, Integra, etc), or Toyota (i.e., 4-Runner, Cressida etc). I need a four-seater now. I have a lot of time and money invested in the RX7. Price is graded for paint and tires.

Summertime '08 (and presently) pics.

Old pics when first purchased, grey interior stripped out.

Pic before new body

'88 RX-7 Coupe. 5-speed. Left-Hand Drive. Primered black exterior with black interior. Power steering, power brakes, power windows, power mirrors, power moonroof, power locks. It has 289,XXX km on the body. Zero mileage on fresh motor rebuild. I have the full ICBC history for it. Not rebuilt. No salvage title. Not registered outside BC.

Motor: Motor shipped from Calgary - rebuilt by Adam from RX7 Specialties (403 246 6980). Zero mileage on freshly rebuilt motor. Series 4 Turbo II motor, rebuilt to stock specs (with freight, cost $2542.00). Stock S4 turbo. Aircared for 1 year.

Tranny: Rebuilt Series 5 - 5-speed. Smooth shifting in all gears (replaced the worn Series 4 tranny previously in the vehicle).

Exterior: Upgraded to Black S5 body (originally red, standard S4 trim). S5 front bumper, S5 front fenders, S5 stock front lip (very hard to find), S5 rear bumper, S5 tail lights, S5 OEM stock side skirts (hard to find). S5 body moldings all around (some not in pics). Engine bay, door jams, hatch jam, and sunroof jam have all been painted black.

Interior: Full black interior conversion (converted from grey interior) - including black S5 dash, black center console, black door panels, black carpet, black rear bins, black pillars, black headliner. Stock grey leather front seats (not a 2+2 model). CD player. Stock S5 steering wheel. Racing pedals (came with the car). New leather shift boot. New CF triangles covering mirrors.

Electrical: All electrical functions work, including low beam/high beam, constant high beam, interior lights and fade/dimmer, up/down for lights, mist for lights, and rear defroster. Fixed turn signal switch. Fixed wiper switch swipe, front wipers intermittent/low/high, rear wiper intermittent and low, rear wiper mist. Hazards and cruise control all work. Logicon (heater controller) properly works and all lights work.

Wheels/Tires: Stock S5 TII rims (mesh) and caps. Suspension is stock. Tires need replacing.

What it needs: Paint if you wish. Tires soon - they still hold air fine though.

Overall: I tried to get it as close to OEM as I could, minus the fact that the the car is actually an S4 model.

Extras: I have an extra set of power window motors, including an extra sunroof motor, and an extra set of door handles.

RX7

Update: Car is currently in for 1) Aircare 2) Tune 3) Overall check-up.

Motor is still in the break-in phase.

Really good trade offers out there, but -

I'm having trouble having to part with it.

Stay 'tuned'

Interior Pics...

I'll get some when I get the car back.

Only pics I have right now are when the interior was grey, including grey dash, headliner - it's now all black, including dash, headliner pillars, door panels, etc.
